You will serve as the first point of contact for our service technicians and customers. Throughout the day you’ll direct the team and keep the customers up to date. Your work will ensure our techs are successful and customers are informed and happy.
Duties and Responsibilities
COMMUNICATION
Customer Communication
- Work with customers that are scheduled and update them on the day and time their service team member will be coming to their home.
- Proactively builds rapport with customer to ensure repeat business. Helps resolve customer’s concerns.
- Totally comfortable making outbound calls to customers
- Ability to help collect payments and reschedule when necessary
Service Technician Support
- Notify teams of destinations, dates and times, reason for service call and customers point of contact name
- Dispatch to ensure the right service members are assigned to the right jobs
- Ability to manage the whereabouts of multiple trucks and technicians in the field
- Help the techs fully debrief each service appointment and ensure invoices are accurate.
- Assist Service teams with payroll, reimbursement paperwork and approvals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Successful work experience as dispatcher or other relevant position
- Service Titan experience is a plus
- Fluent in English (oral and written), other languages a plus

Working Conditions – Physical Requirements
- This position is required to work weekdays from 11am- 7pm
- Works in a general proximity with others
- This job requires sitting or standing at a computer and being on the phone (Headset) for most of the day.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 – $22.00 per hour
