Job Description
This role is responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and installing electrical systems in residential properties. The ideal candidate must be able to perform electrical work with the highest level of quality, safety, and professionalism.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair electrical issues in residential properties.
- Install new electrical systems and components.
- Ensure all electrical work meets local and national codes and regulations.
- Perform routine maintenance and inspections of electrical systems.
- Communicate with clients regarding their service needs and provide recommendations.
- Maintain accurate and timely records of work performed.
- Keep up to date with industry standards, technology, and techniques.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Completion of an apprenticeship or formal training program.
- Journeyman or Master Electrician License required.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a residential electrician.
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to communicate effectively with clients.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
- Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to bend, climb, squat, reach, and kneel.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of Service Titan software preferred.
Requirements
Ability to lift 50lbs.
Be able to stand for up to 4hrs at a time.
Able to kneel.
