Job Description
This role is responsible for providing high-quality plumbing services with a focus on repair, maintenance, and troubleshooting. The Journeyman Service Plumber will work independently or as part of a team to ensure the efficient and effective resolution of plumbing issues for residential and commercial clients.
Duties and responsibilities
- Identify and troubleshoot plumbing issues, including leaks, clogs, and malfunctions, and provide timely and effective repairs.
- Perform routine maintenance on plumbing systems to prevent future problems and ensure optimal functionality.
- Install, replace, or upgrade plumbing components such as pipes, fixtures, faucets, water heaters, and related equipment.
- Ensure all work complies with relevant plumbing codes, regulations, and safety standards.
- Interact with clients in a professional and courteous manner, addressing their concerns, explaining repairs, and providing recommendations for preventative measures.
- Maintain accurate records of services provided, including detailed reports of inspections, repairs, and recommendations.
- Respond promptly to emergency service calls and provide timely solutions to urgent plumbing issues.
- Collaborate with team members and other trades professionals to ensure efficient project completion and customer satisfaction.
Stay informed about industry trends, new technologies, and advancements in plumbing practices to enhance skills and knowledge.

Schedule
- 7am – 4pm (Last dispatch by 4pm) or 8am – 5pm (Last dispatch 5pm)
- Five Days a Week
- On Call and Weekend shifts available
Compensation
- Industry-Leading Compensation: 75,000 – $150,000
- 3% 401k Employer Contribution (no match needed)

Physical requirements
Ability to lift 50lbs.
Be able to stand for up to 4hrs at a time.
